Photocopy of a photograph taken in 1957 or 1958 of a house located near the Greenfield Farm entrance from U.S.220. The house has been known as the "Holiday House" and "East Greenfield" over the years. Lewis P. Holladay purchased 200 acres in the Greenfield tract for $5,500 in 1882. The photograph was donated to the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Botetourt County by Fred Preston. Two letters outline the research process associated with the photo. |
